Ortak miras\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin desteklenmesi farkl\u0131 topluluklar\u0131 yak\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmak ve farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrler aras\u0131nda diyalo\u011fu geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in de \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ara\u00e7lard\u0131r.<br \/>\nK\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras hakk\u0131nda ka\u00e7 ki\u015finin bilgi sahibi oldu\u011fu hem onu tan\u0131tmak i\u00e7in neler yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na hem de Avrupal\u0131lar\u0131n kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini ve di\u011fer toplumlar\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini tan\u0131ma ve de\u011ferlerini takdir edebilme kapasitelerine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte bu y\u00fczden EDUCLAB projesinin temel ama\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri herhangi bir etnik veya dinsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z, ortak bir de\u011fer olarak k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131n \u00f6nemi konusunda 3-5 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n fark\u0131ndal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6\u011frencileri yar\u0131n\u0131n Avrupas\u0131n\u0131n yeti\u015fkin n\u00fcfusudur ve bu n\u00fcfusun k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi diyalog i\u00e7in bir f\u0131rsat olarak de\u011ferlendirmelerini, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131 korunmas\u0131 gereken ortak bir miras olarak ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma yaratan bir \u015feyden ziyade \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 yat\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran ve \u00f6nleyen bir ara\u00e7 olarak alg\u0131lamalar\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Genellikle en h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenenlerin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015ftaki \u00e7ocuklar oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenir. B\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck\u00e7e, erken ya\u015fta edindikleri beceri, bilgi ve fikirleri ortaya koyarlar. Bunlar\u0131, tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 di\u011ferlerine ve daha sonra da kendi \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na aktar\u0131rlar. Bu nedenle erken ya\u015ftakilerin e\u011fitimine yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak, gelecek i\u00e7in olumlu bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapman\u0131n en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biridir ve Avrupa Konseyi uzun zamandan beri e\u011fitimin olumlu sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve ekonomik geli\u015fmeyi sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in temel bir ara\u00e7 oldu\u011fu fikrine ba\u011fl\u0131 kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu nedenle E\u00c7EB (erken \u00e7ocuk e\u011fitimi ve bak\u0131m\u0131), AB Komisyonu himayesindeki E\u00c7EB \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubunun haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cErken \u00c7ocukluk E\u011fitimi ve Bak\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in Kalite \u00c7er\u00e7evesinin Temel \u0130lkeleri \u00d6nerisi\u201d Raporunda \u00f6nerildi\u011fi \u00fczere OKUL\u00d6NCES\u0130 H\u0130ZMETLER\u0130NDE Y\u00dcKSEK KAL\u0130TEye ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in toplumda sosyok\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi bilin\u00e7li olarak te\u015fvik eden pedagojik bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 benimsemelidir (Ekim, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>D\u0130J\u0130TAL MEDYA&#8217;n\u0131n her yerde oldu\u011fu ve daha fazla \u00e7ocu\u011fun daha erken ya\u015fta daha fazla dijital medyay\u0131 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, bu t\u00fcr medya ara\u00e7lar\u0131 okul \u00f6ncesi e\u011fitimde hala yeni olgulard\u0131r. Okul \u00f6ncesi \u00f6\u011fretmenleri, teknolojinin ve i\u00e7eri\u011finin g\u00fcndelik durumlarla ili\u015fkilendirilmesinde zorluk ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131ndan, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n bu alanda \u00f6\u011frenmelerine destek olma konusunda kendilerine g\u00fcvenleri yoktur.<br \/>\nOkul \u00f6ncesi \u00f6\u011fretmenleri, dijital medyay\u0131 ak\u0131ll\u0131ca ve g\u00fcvenilir bir \u015fekilde kullanma yetene\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelen olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek seviyede bir dijital yeterlili\u011fe gereksinim duymaktad\u0131rlar (Hardersen ve Sando, 2012).
